Near closing time I tried to pick up an order from Amazon but I was told that I couldn't do anything for the time, for work I don't have the opportunity to try again at other times. Furthermore, the last time I tried another withdrawal for another order, the packages were all damaged. Most of the operators have always been kind and helpful despite the various problems, however the treatment I was given today was very bad. 2 stars. Edit: Fortunately the situation has changed, for the better, there is more elasticity and the staff is available.
