Very nice and attentive staff. Van in excellent condition, inside and outside. The only negative point, we had booked 3 free accessories: -Package trolley, -Straps, and -Motor transport ramp. There was the trolley, only 1 belt that was useless and no motorcycle transport ramp. I requested more belts and the ramp, but there was nothing to do, they were gone. If they don't have these accessories, they don't have to offer them when you book online.
I will never again haunt something in this place, I have never found myself so bad. Very arrogant and unprofessional people. TO AVOID
BAD RENT EXPERIENCE, I HAVE RENTED FOR 31 DAYS I HAD INSURED NOT TO CHARGE ME ANY ADDITIONAL DAYS BUT HAVE CHARGED ON THE CARD WITHOUT NOTICE. NOT JUST HAVE GIVEN ME A MACHINE DIFFERENT FROM THAT BOOKED INITIALLY SAYING THAT IT WAS BACK IN THE SAME CATEGORY. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED IN CASE OF RENTAL, NEVER ACCEPT VERBAL SPEECH BECAUSE AT THE END OF THE MONTH, THEY TELL YOU.
