They give me a fine and I didn't need any signature, where the postman claimed to be "a public official". They have to deliver me a registered letter and it is not possible as for covid19 there must be no contact and must be collected at the office! But they leave me the slip for the withdrawal! What is the difference? I go to the office and after two hours under the sun (where there is indifference on the part of the manager) without a safe distance, they tell me that two days are few for the collection, he has to be back in two days.
