EMBARASSING. We turn to them for a shipment with food stuff from Andria to Milan and they assure us that the shipment would arrive within 24/48 hours. The shipment arrives 2 days late with food gone bad and to be thrown away, Trying to call them they tell me, rudely, that my parents had been advised that the shipment could be delayed, which then turned out to be false, on the contrary they had assured that the shipment would arrive within a maximum of 48 hours. Besides, my parents had turned to another center, certainly more honest than them, which did not give the security of the expedition, which is why my parents turned to them. Time, food and money wasted thanks to them.

My parcel shipments from Andria to Milan have always arrived according to the agreements in 24/48 hours, more often in 24 hours than in 48! Of course in the times before the COVID pandemic.

Bad. I only say that I received an express delivery (maximum 24/48 hours) with a good 8 (EIGHT) days of delay. The package contained various foodstuffs which are naturally wasted and in all this they did not even refund my delivery costs. EMBARASSING.

I do not feel like condemning them so heavily. My shipments with them have always arrived at their destination in a short time even in full periods like today, Christmas. Only once I had a big problem of delivery but ... We must keep in mind that in the various destinations the carriers intersect and even they remain responsible for the package can not have eyes on who delivers. At that juncture they helped me a lot making me even have the nr. phone of the man who had '' delivered '' in his own way, trying very hard to rub the package. But I swear to you that he felt beautiful and I told him that if it happened again I would have reported him! But it was the only inconvenience, albeit serious. To the lady of first I say that she should have done so too: go back to the agency that had the parcel delivered and from there to the person who had delivered ... and cover it with insults! The thing that I do not like is that in case of loss of the package you pay the thing with 1 Euro per kg and maybe you have 100 Euro worth!

It sucks! The parcel arrived after a week despite being told that it would arrive within three to four days. Those morons of the bellboys left the parcel out of the place of destination without warning (as if it were rubbish). I don't tell you that everything was rotten inside given the time that had passed. The girl who practices is not describable with kind words. Unprofessional who makes fun of the client with the worst things ever heard. Never again would I send a pin with you. Without words.
