The waiting room is small even before covid19 was inadequate. The sun enters through the windows and turns it into a greenhouse. Breathless air. I would like to know who issued the certificate of viability? I do it by putting my name and surname. If they don't like it then they are Available for comparison.

Bad operators. Inability and incompetence to offer information to users with clarity and completeness. Added to this is the rudeness and disrespect of the operators and the director himself.
