Some time ago I rented a van, a few days after delivery I was told that I would be charged € 20 for cleaning up a swipe on one side.
I am aware that I have not crawled anywhere, nor have I circulated in the wild traffic, I asked to see the damage.
I was told that the damage had been repaired and that they would show me photos.
Ok I replied, however the photos unfortunately had been deleted
I'm sorry for what happened, the office girls are nice and helpful, but the owner has behaved really badly.
I paid and left, leaving words with the owner bad.
The best car rental in Umbria with a wide range of vehicles for every need, excellent value for money. Staff available and professional.
Customer 3 times, in one I had to go back for a problem to a van, the other two ok but prices too high compared to the competition.
After the response of the owner: the 3 stars are in fact for the not very competitive prices, not for the problem had the first time.
