I have been renting for the past year and the staff are fantastic and the qulaity of cars are great. You need to make reservations ahead of time on their website. Mich easier than going to airport to rent a car!
We couldn't even find the rental place. They had moved to new premises but we weren't informed. We called their number from our English phone but they could not speak English.
Wasted 4 hours on a hot day of our holiday. Carried our bags around and had to abandon in the end for a train.
Trained and polite staff. The rental prices are a bit higher than others but the vehicles are definitely well kept (and new)
Efficient, clean and tidy vehicles, very friendly and fair prices
