I had to leave for a trip with my friends in Croatia, then we turn to the ferry terminal hertz .. Book 1 MONTH BEFORE DEPARTING VIA TELEPHONE, I introduce myself to the offices, where I ask for information on renting a 7-seater minibus .. They give me a good quote, 2 drivers, unlimited km, assistance and carriages ... the boy asks me for the drivers' licenses and credit card to be able to finish everything ... I give the boy the license, he makes the photocopy, all right ... Only the credit card (which at the time I did not have) and the 2 driver's license were missing .. Everything is ok .. They tell us to introduce ourselves at the time of withdrawal of the vehicle ... 1 MONTH AFTER, AT THE MOMENT OF DEPARTURE I recur with a credit card and with the 2 driver ... IT IS TOLD THAT IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO WITHDRAW THE VEHICLE WHY WE DID NOT HAVE BEEN 25 YEARS AGO !!!!!! When I point out that it was more than a month since I had booked the vehicle and no one had warned me or signaled it .... At the end of the games I lost the means, the time and the journey ... A BIG DAMAGE !!!! SHAME, no employee who has been able to warn us in time ... Given that the booking was made 1 MONTH BEFORE DEPARTURE, and a boy had also withdrawn my driving license to make photocopies, you know what? Dear hertz employees? In the license there is also THE DATE OF BIRTH !!!!!!!! THANK YOU INFINITELY NEVER TO SEE YOU AGAIN
