Aside from the historical employee (I don't know the name) who is very kind and competent, the rest of the staff is really rude even in non-covid times! Sort them please you can't take them anymore

It is closed from Monday 23 and there is no written when it reopens. It would be nice to know when it reopens since pension payments begin tomorrow and if it was closed, the self-certification does not allow you to move from your neighborhood

I gave a star but I would have given zero. I asked for a permit from work to be there at least at 12.45 and in front of me was an old woman who was there from 12.30 with a queue of at least 15 people, we were there to enter when at 12.30 they closed the doors in our face saying that they at half past one they have to go away ... Without respect for what is happening and not taking care of the customer ... I hope someone will take action
