Convenient as a position, apart from the rudeness of an employee who, just given two bulletins to pay, told me badly that I had to bring them already cropped and that for "this time she would have thought about it". I do not understand the usefulness of responding and behaving in this way when, in other offices, I have never had problems of this kind. I also had to fill out a form for a registered letter and, although there are very specific provisions because of COVID-19, it didn't make me fill anything inside the office even though it rained because "people had to come in". I could have completed the form on the chairs in as little as 5 minutes and people outside could still have waited those extra 5 minutes to request their services. I had to go out, redo the queue and once I arrived at the door I also saw that there were two people at the same door (and one of these had the mask lowered, when to me, half a cm closer to the door to put down half a second the bag to take out the envelope made me problems).

Rudeness! This morning I go to the post office for a retreat. Already they pretend not to see you to make you pass ahead that you are pregnant in the 8th month (I think you can see enough of a belly). Okay, forget it! There have been some complications that I have not yet understood very well! The lady with blond hair (medium long) starts to turn in a not so nice way, you could see that she didn't want to do her job! I had asked if they are open on Saturday to come back tomorrow to resolve the issue, and she certainly answers Sunday if I want. So to make me understand that working on Saturday weighs them! Dear lady, if you are tired of your job, go home and make room for those who really want to work!

Clearly improved therefore a recognition is worth. Usually they are all kind, although in the past I witnessed gruesome scenes already at 8 am to say the least professional. But the important thing is to evolve and it seems to me that this venue has done it!

Agenzia 18 in the San Gottardo neighborhood service, convenient for the area, completely refurbished. In this agency you can book the ticket for access via the Internet. Staff quite helpful and kind. Chairs for waiting, bus stops nearby, usually crowded in the early morning.
