Unfortunately, for some years now this office seems badly managed, a director who, according to my wall, should be replaced as it was for its predecessors. After a few years, spin them. The employees have been the same for many years, the problem is that of 2 units, 1 is almost always seconded to other agencies (note that when the other directors took over this was very rare that it happened). Ours is a popular neighborhood with many elderly people. The distributor of numbers for access to the counters was installed but without the electronic numerator. Now in the period of Covid, the numbers do not provide them and people line up without criteria, sometimes we also see squabbles for who should be served first. Not having the electronic display on which you see whose turn it is, it is not possible to make appointments as in other agencies and you are forced to queue and ultimately have a very slow ATM with pre-war software that very often is broken! All this long consideration of mine to suggest to Poste Italiane that we are also in Oregina in 2020 and we would like adequate services. Thanks

Bad service on the phone they do not answer three days I try continuously emailed no answer WHAT CAN I DO TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT ?, I WANT TO MENTION THAT ITALIAN POSTALS ARE AT THE SERVICE OF THE CITIZEN.

The only responsibility for the slowness and bad service provided is attributable solely and exclusively to the incompetence and rudeness of the current (08.20.20) director. The employees go out of their way to make up for the shortcomings of others. Seeing older people treated like toes just because they don't understand a piece of information at first is really depressing, and it's cowardly. After the various reports to the headquarters, I hope they will take action.

After two months of closure, forcing people to pour into the office in Piazza Dante, it now seems that it is not known how long it takes to "sanitize" an office two meters by three. Want to work jump on me.
