I've been on holiday on Elba Island the first week of June. A friend of mine highly recommended Happy Rent if I would have need a car and I can't explain of how pleased and satisfied I've been to do such a choice. As soon as I walked in the office, which is really closed to The harbour where the ferry stops, Massimiliano, the owner, made me feel really welcome and with the most classical of the italian charm drive me through the different options I could have choosen. Being in Italy I decided to get a brand new Fiat 500 and it was just amazing, perfectly cleaned and really comfortable. Emma, the really nice and warm lady working there, walked me to the car and explained me all The conditions and the insurance policy. An overall fantastic experience, can't wait to go back again to the fantastic and beautiful island.

Should be called "unhappy rent". We rented a car for 3 days and on the second day the battery of the car ran out. We had to pay for €40 for a taxi for the evening to take us where we wanted to go for the night. In the end they came and gave us a replacemng battery the next day, but we didn't get any kind of refund and they still made us fill the petrol tank back up to the max when we have the car back! They weren't even kind about it. There's another car rent place down the road from there - I'd go there!

Very good, serious and honest. I booked with a very kind Mr. Lorenzo, young, courteous and very fond of his work. It was a real pleasure. Clean and tidy machine. Easily accessible place and very fair prices. Very good!! Carlo Paoli
