Had a great experience, went there spontaneous to ask for a scooter and the guy was very composed and nice. He gave me a almost brand new scooter for 8 days (300€) which is okay. I saw some bad reviews about people who preordered, maybe its best to do it spontaneous like me, i had no problems In the morning he arrived right on time and in less than 5 minutes we were done. Will most likely go there again next year

Bad experience. I book a scooter for 9 am a week before pick up ... I arrive on time and the scooter is not there, the office clerk makes a series of phone calls and after 20/25 minutes he concludes by saying that the scooter is not there it's because it broke the day before. Obviously, no one deigned to warn me and it made me waste a lot of time without even offering me an alternative solution, he simply gave me back the deposit and bye-bye no scooter. Avoid booking with these gentlemen they have high prices and do not guarantee anything.

CHANGE WORKOOOOOO !!!!!! bad experience, they made me lose a morning and then finish without a scooter, booked a month earlier with a deposit. I call to be sure of the scooter the same morning and they tell me that there are no scooters despite my booking but in any case they reassure me that I would have been made to find a vespa in the structure in Portoferraio to remedy their mistake. I arrive with the ferry at the Elba rent facility in Portoferraio and there is no one there, the office is closed and without staff and no one answered the phone. All the phones had been disconnected. At 9 I had to pick up the scooter and they answered me at 11 on the phone and told me vulgarly that if I had not understood the scooter I dreamed it today. I repeat, with a reservation made a month before and paid the 10 euro as a deposit. I HAD A DAY ON THE ISLAND WITH STAGES TO DO IN A SCOOTER, RUINED FOR THEIR FAULT. NOT RECOMMENDED AT 110%

Laggards! Bad quality of the vehicle. Left to walk there at night in the mountains in the company of wild boars. If you call, no one answers and after a few calls they disconnect the cell phone. Not recommended
