Professionals with fair prices. The whole process is quick and easy. They even do speak quite some good english. If you wanna rent something in Vieste, this is the place.
Incompetent.
I call in the afternoon for information about the rental of the vehicles, they answer me and tell me the price and opening hours (9:00).
The next morning I go to the shop and no one is seen until 9:15 am, I go in to ask for a moped for a day and I am told "you know, I don't have any for today", as if he were a greengrocer.
A few minutes later I contact him by phone, to stop a scooter for the following day, he tells me what documents I have to bring, etc.
The next morning I go to the shop and he tells me that he no longer had mopeds available.
I solved with a taxi, by the way also saving money.
Courteous people. Really treated very well. The only flaw, small agency we could not leave cars outside the office.
Highly recommended.
