Sportello 02, there is the nicest Italian lady, that speak fluently English and respect and admire you, like German do.

I’d like to give 0 star if possible. Very arrogant and rude attitude from one staff with short gray hair. One gentle italian citizen instead has given me information. Ridiculous.

Very kind employees and fast service. The façade is under renovation, so it’s not that easy to spot it. This post office is right behind Agenzia delle Entrate and they have all the necessary materials, even for immigration practices. If you need to buy a “Marca da bollo”, there’s a Tabacchi only 5 mins walk from there. 5 stars

If there are prejudices with respect to the indifference and indifference of public employees, they are all permanently found in this office, which has 5 branches of which two or more frequently one is active. Between office workers who turn around to talk to each other, dead waiting times with silences that last for entire minutes while three words are inserted into the PC (followed by removal from the counter and consequent disappearance), total impermeability to any confrontation, suggestion, criticism, an attitude of annoyance and arrogance alternating with incompetence and confusion, this is truly one of the worst post offices I have ever been to, and where I am obliged to go to collect specific documents that cannot be delivered elsewhere.

I am unable to deal with the client; if a lack is pointed out on their part and one has the misfortune to speak with the director, the answer will not be constructive, but arrogant and irrelevant. Maybe Poste Italiane should hire less ignorant and more helpful staff, since it is thanks to us that the gentlemen have their jobs
