Slowness is their watchword! Between coffee breaks, "fashion shows" when you go back to the offices and various chats with acquaintances, everything seems outside a post office.

A few days ago my father passed away ... unfortunately for indigence had to ask for a loan in this office ...... I was really treated with kid gloves by Ms. Michelina Cassano and the branch manager: were available and with a truly unusual kindness .... in this sad time of my grief .We sincerely thank you and you will never forget ... Just this morning I happened to have to do with an employee of the post office of Castellaneta, a cafonaccio who can not be more ignorant, I wonder how the managers, directors can put people like that in contact with people, to send a registered letter I had to wait 2 hours, finally when my turn arrived inexplicably the cafonaccio changed his letter, I told him I was there for a long time and with a small child but he insisted on calling the letter C almost to spite me as kindergarten children, and that's because that's what happens when you try to assert your rights !!! and not happy ... when he finally decided to call the letter P not only looked at me badly but made me wait x 10 minutes ... maybe it was a strategy to make me lose patience and go for the right .... instead my dear you went to a cafonaccio even for those who have seen everything !!!!!
