Francesco was absolutely fantastic and assisted us throughout the whole process which was made very easy. Bring your goods and MBE take care of everything... it’s as simple as that! Our goods arrived safely and without damage to Japan. I totally recommend using MBE Mestre and also thank the whole team for their great service. Francesco speaks native English which was extremely helpful!

I diffidently recommend this company. Francesco was absolutely brilliant the way he handled retrieving my parcel and shipping it to me to U.K. I was stuck and had lost hope that I would ever be able to recover my lost bag in the Venice airport area. But he handled it all and the parcel arrived the day after the shipping and a week apart from loosing it. Price was reasonable and I am so happy to retrieve my personal belongings.Thank you Francesco!

Francesco, the manager here is amazing!! My work laptop was stuck at the Venice, IT airport and I needed help quickly getting it to the US. He was able to facilitate getting it picked up by courier and shipped out ASAP. He responded to every email I sent with clear instructions and a great sense of urgency, no matter what time of day. Truly a great customer service experience!
