It has the same vices of the Italian post office. Even if you are at home, they leave you the notice of the registered letter, so you have to do in c ... to go and collect it in their office. But generally they choose the time when you are not there. They know that men and women work, or go shopping, the boys are at school, But, heck, they come anyway. They should deliver at lunchtime or early afternoon. Otherwise they changed their profession.
