For the employees of this post any excuse is good for not working, if an operation requires more than 30 seconds and a minimum of brain they answer that the person in charge is not there, that it cannot be done, that "we are making pensions "and other chatter as long as you don't work. Ridiculous.

I called 12 times and got no answer. I call a few minutes later, I find myself busy. Bad postal service, the phone they use to call and not to answer

I suck ... I go to the post office to renew my postepay card, but I am told by the operator that they don't care and that I can only do it online. Third world stuff, before hiring them try to train them because it's an embarrassing and ridiculous situation compared to other Italian realities
