Italian Post Office Post

I congratulate the new director for the efficiency with which he is reviving the fortunes of this post office. Before him the situation was BAD.

Post office a little poor, had to do once, the service was slow and provided with little care. To be honest, the staff deserves the Oscar of the Scazzi, they seem to have decided to get by until their retirement, exasperatingly slow rhythms, from fatigues, urgent interventions for brio injections.

First time by this subsidiary: staff with zero preparation as regards the method of paper delivery for citizen's income and especially rude. I am a customer who has waited his turn and asked with courtesy and propriety of information: the 'employed at the counter who was not able to provide answers called another colleague who I assume sostuisse the absent manager and used this scortesissima He told me to return in early May when I found the manager and just as rudely did not invite me but I "sent" to another post office ....... Needless to say, I decide where to go and not tolerated this lack of professionalism and education

Bible times to send a letter. 25 users waiting and only two operators busy chatting to pack a package. Hallucinating.

Shameful.
