My package is still there for more than a week now. They don't send it to destination address

Postman who shows up to deliver in conditions of annoying drunkenness, after having been at the bar drinking wine during working hours and of course driving the car in those conditions. Same postman who yells and swears in front of houses, probably bothered by the barking of dogs, and who insults and threatens the recipients of the mail as happened to me personally and to other people I know. Mail, even not mine, thrown in my garden instead of placed in the appropriate box. Packages that are delivered by tracking but have actually disappeared. Despite the numerous reports, the Italian Post Office has not taken any action and has never even responded to the same reports. A complaint was filed with the carabinieri. For now it goes like this, if the inappropriate attitude of this character should continue then I will be the one who has inappropriate attitudes towards him and the Italian post office in general. Humanly I can also feel sorry for this person's alcoholism problems but if he is not able to work it is better that he stays at home to treat his serious addiction. This person, in my house, is no longer welcome and will no longer have to be presented, as I have already advised Poste Italiane.
