I have a business near the post office that I am reviewing and for work needs I often use postal services. Here I prefer to do a few more kilometers and make my company more expensive than to go to this post office. This speaks volumes and is worth more than any other consideration.

The highest rating for staff, particularly kind and helpful, which is very rare. The problem is the immense rows, which continue until closing time, and the counters are fully staffed. Obviously shameful the posts that keep open only this counter within km in the evening, shameful.
