Slow, incompetent and rude staff ... On Saturdays the manager closes the external entrance at 12:15, while it should close at 12:35. Some people who went inside waiting for the numbered ticket delivered, without gloves, by an angry girl, after an hour in a row, are sent away in a bad way telling them that there are no more numbers, I wonder why to let them in , close the door and after more than half an hour say that there are no numbers. Another weird thing, why aren't numbers picked up directly by people? It would be more hygienic ...

Incompetence, arrogance and neglect all in one figure whose name, unfortunately or fortunately, I don't know but only the hair color: blonde !! Practically you think I can not be "recognized" because I have the TS expired; I try to explain as calmly that the CF of a person, too Italian and not foreign with residence permit or another, never expires, and especially that she should not give me medical care but, if anything ... in your opinion between various identification documents shown I have the TS expired you cannot provide for my recognition !! Impossible to contract them by phone, the call is closed after only 4 rings. Tested at all hours, every day. I go to them physically to make an appointment and they tell me I have to call them in the morning. Answer ...

Often gone for the most varied services. From the notorious act where to close an account it took the beauty of 5 months because every time there was (according to them) a sheet (I leave you then imagine the times gone and turned without doing anything). It's called and we have the code. You come back and another operator says that you do not need the code and block the card. Then you do the spid and the system (which already "knows" me because of postepay) tells me that accepts the id for a short time even if expired and I must as soon as I go to the counter to update the data. I go to the counter and they tell me that I have to start all over again. In short, the posts must make the post, offer services that they can not even manage. There are no operators up-to-date at the counters, it seems that we are our customers every time to educate them. On my own, go back to the postal services (which is also a saying).
