This is the first time I have used it here, and I must congratulate the operators. Arrived at 18.50 I await my turn (closing at 7.05 pm) although the customers before me have carried out long operations, the operator turned to me at closing time, and kindly and in detail explained to me the best solution to send a package , taking care to verify the correctness of the address, making sure that in my turn I had well protected the contents ... In short, such kindness and availability at closing time exceeded that positively surprised me! Thank you

Unpleasant answers unpolished staff there is no respect for the priority ones I was asked to resume the number after I let other users pass you that I had not finished filling out the forms all this with infinite rudeness and total disregard of people's time . At desk 1 the staff was arrogant and very annoying bad experience if possible to make official recall

The office could be well organized and with humanly sustainable waiting times; shame about an employee absolutely rude and inappropriate that in my opinion, allows more than what his role allows. This justifies a star. It is unheard of to hear badly treat anyone who comes to the office desk without restraint.
