The post office closes at 13:35. I entered the post office at 1:24 pm to send a registered letter (€ 6.50), they invited me to come back the following day because "it was too late" and because I did not have the appropriate documentation filled out, I had to insist voice to be able to send the registered letter which confirmation receipt reports at 13.29. Rude and rude person.

I asked for an ordinary tracked shipment (which I use frequently) and the employee diverted me to a much more expensive mode explaining that the format was out of standard. I double-checked on the Poste Italiane web page and the package presented was included in the standard parameters.

06/18/016 yesterday I received a package recovery notice because it did not fit in the mailbox, I was at home all day and no one was buzzing me and not only on the phone did they just put the last name without putting the name, and not only behind the notice can I delegate someone to collect the package, end of the moral there is only the surname but to which of the members of the family and the package? To whom do I delegate if I don't even know who he is? I really think that the postman did not want to ring or was afraid to bring the package on foot because the elevator is broken .. Maybe doing 2 floors sweat all his teeth .. And can not even say that they played and there was none first because I was at home two because I have a dog and they just play barks .. Summary I want to work, jump on me at least write the name !!!!
