I have to thank the Director of the Pegli post office, Michela Olivieri, because she managed to solve a problem that no other office has solved. She and her collaborators were helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Finally after almost a year, I had a clear and definitive solution. Thank you.

Truly shameful. Out of 6 branches, only two work. They should all be sent home and take people willing to work

Bad service: endless waiting times, with the staff that makes it stretch more, rudeness and arrogance of the employees at the counters. I hope that measures are taken because certain behaviors can not be tolerated.
