The slowest employees ever !!! Since the office lost its retired pillar, whose name I don't remember, it has lost its edge, speed and sympathy ... He may have taken his breaks too but at least he was always smiling and the second time you came to the office, he remembered you ... Now only some clerks have remained and arrived, who do their daily routine super slowly without any nail polish. 8.20 am already five people in the queue ... everyone arrives early because they know the length of the office ... 8.50 am, maybe I'll be out ... to collect a simple registered letter, it's the fifth time I've tried to come to collect it

ATM cash machine problems Atm often works badly or doesn't work. You are taken to withdraw in the ATM of the bank alongside, paying the commission. I withdrew the card I don't know for what reason / anomaly. There is no sticker with a number to call in these cases. To improve the management of these cases, in addition to replacing this obsolete machine, given the inconvenience that has caused me.

I put discreet but I am not completely satisfied. The staff is very kind and prophetic but it is the set of services that does not satisfy me.
