Worst car rental service in history of humankind!! AVOID AT ALL COST!! Those are simply thieves.
They give you a dirty car, so you cannot see the paint that is chipping from the bumper. And there is no one when you take the car on the parking lot to check the car with you when you leave. Nothing is mentioned on the contract that there are chips in the paint. When you come back they immediately point at the small (2cm) chipping paint that you didn’t saw when receiving the car. They charge 90€ for the chipping paint plus 90€ fee and taxes. They should be reported to authorities this is theft!
Easily accessible by tram, organized and clean. Staff is very polite and working fast.
The airport is fine. However, the signage to car rental return is elusive and frustrating.
Never ever rent a car from them, no service , over paying , old cars and the moment you have an issue they all of a sudden dont talk english , i did the mastike , hopefully other pepole will not do the same. BE CAREFUL
Courteous and straightforward. Stunning car, clean and running perfectly. Don't expect that the customer service will go the extra mile for you, this is Italy.
