If you could put ZERO stars, the staff is very rude they don't want to do anything, whatever questions you ask them they are always annoyed and uninformed. They seem put on by chance.

SHAMEFUL. Rude and incompetent staff even in the face of evidence. They always create complications to avoid doing even the slightest effort or work. Unable to handle even the simplest and most normal things, with them it is impossible even to do a normal Amazon return with a ready label, they always have to say and object, the same package presented to central posts or targeting doors is instead accepted instantly. And unfortunately this has been repeated several times. ABSURD AND SHAME.
