Being interested in buying a Citroen Berlingo car set up for disabled people after 2 emails with a request for info, I contacted Mr. Federico by phone as requested by him for answers as he says he does NOT have time to reply to the emails.
Even on the phone he does NOT answer questions, he remains vague, does not listen and does not understand the needs of the customer making it difficult to continue the negotiation. He has an arrogant attitude and by admitting to being touchy, he turns out to be just very rude.
