We rented a fiat 500 and we got upgrade to Spyder 124 for free. The lady was really sweet and nice. We had the full coverage which was really nice not to think about anything, that’s why we didn’t have to check if there is a scratch or not on the car. The deposit money returned to our account after 5 working days.
Hassle free and recommended.
One note: I had to call their central office and nobody picked up, so I’m not very secure about their customer service.

– Really nice website, easy to use and you can book a car witjout any prepayments.
– Great option of full insurance (not every place has it).
– Easy to reach: 20 minutes on direct tram for Santa Maria Novella to the airport and then 5 minutes on foot/on free shuttle to renting office.
– Very helpful and friendly personnel!

Really good place to rent a car, got a brand new jeep. Fast service, not expensive and reliable. Only hard thing is to get them on the phone.
We returned our car here after renting it in Rome. They gentlemen who helped us was very friendly and finished us up in less than 5 minutes. We plugged this into our GPS and had no trouble finding the place. I think this was the easiest rental car return I have ever experienced. Good job Leasys. Car and service were above exceptional.
Everything perfect except finding car rental return. Smallest size signs leading to crossings without further guidance.
