The rudeness of most of the staff is incredible. Very few are saved in there. Some people shouldn't work for the public if they don't know how to relate to people.

A total disaster .. arrogance and ignorance .. ni have lost a fine and can not find it .. but is not the fault of the post office? Do they want proof? Ahahah luckily you have fined the state .. (and could not do it higher fine) now let's see the federconsumatori what do you think? If you are afraid of covid-19, changing jobs would not be bad for those who deliver the mail?

No one answers the phone at any time of day within opening hours. It is not the only office with this vice, it seems very common. Just for simple information I have to go in person to the post office, which is absolutely paradoxical especially for the anti-assembly rules currently in force.
