Truly inefficient service, but not only from this branch! Parcel delivered from 15 to 18 September 2020, it is not delivered, after various requests on the online site, without response, and phone calls, even those no one answers, I had to go in person to the two local branches to find out where it was in stock. ... In the end I had to go personally to their hub in Calenzano to pick it up .... I don't think it's a problem to be attributed to the period we are in (Covid19), because even in the past I have had similar delivery problems .... Therefore, in the future I will try not to have anything sent to me with Nexive ...

Just the fact that indicate the wrong address on the sheet retreat for those who are in camps Bisenzio speaks volumes about their seriousness. Indicating the Bisenzio fields office as the location of the office while in Prato is a useful thing for taking contracts but bad for those who have to use a service. Improper trade policy that saying wrong and say the least.
