I was running errands because I was in the area and I couldn't go to the trusted post office (in signa). For the fury I forget the health card in the office. Not being in Florence for work, I return after 2 months to pick it up and there were no traces of my health card. The desk clerk was not helpful at all, always replying that there was nothing there.

No. 3 branches and only one guy - the youngest - who is fucking us. The bottom where the office is located is long and narrow, claustrophobic. Sometimes you are not exactly welcomed with enthusiasm, to put it mildly
