I go in September to ask for a duplicate of a savings book. Panic, nobody knows anything. After a while I arrive (and after having already queued) to one (Paola) who apparently takes care of it, gets her number left, "she will call me back".
Never knew anything more. I'll be back in December, luckily I'm not in a hurry. I re-queue. In the end, same person, same promise.
No contact.
I call the office several times, at different times of the day and on different days, and no one ever answers.
They didn't do anything, and they even make fun of you.

Update: I then solved it by returning in March (Fortunately I was not in a hurry) together with another person with the same problem as me and discovering that the error was also from another office. In the end they did it, in 6 months.
It was closed .... Without even an updated timetable 08/09/2020 around 3pm
Is it normal that no one answer the phone? I have called over 10 times. To know post bank information. Shame on you
It is not possible to enter the central post offices in Prato at 11.30 am to open a booklet to the minor daughter and leave at 2.00 pm! after calling the manager the situation was released, but more than two hours had passed !!!
They don't answer the phone. I called 5 times at different times. My shipment does not arrive at its destination within the agreed time.
Service in line with many others of this small city (Prato ...).
