Post office where too much queue is formed. Yes, they could better help the people in charge of collection by hiring more staff, and in any case it must be said that the staff present are very committed to meeting the needs of the user. After hours of waiting in line, people are hunted like a flock of sheep for an imaginary strike without any warning. Bad management that has no respect for customers. I prefer to travel 15 km and go elsewhere rather than set foot in a place where they treat you like an excrement.

At the limit of legality. More than 10 parcels not delivered, letters arrived 2 months late in large quantities (registered letters arrive). Top and available branch. And if it is disputed peacefully at the head office they threaten to call the carabinieri (but maybe!). They have problems with sorting, since only one person cannot handle everything.

Easier to talk to Messina Money and not that you answer the phone, lost parcels, undelivered stock alerts, in short, if you need a delivery service is better to take a trip by plane and go and take in person what you need. .. P.S. customer service, as above, LATITANTE!
