Staff not very available, rude, and I would say even not very competent, since to request a PostePay card I have waited more than an hour, even though I had already booked the ticket on their application (pitiful too) but the guy at the desk tells me that he does not they are still enabled to accept digital tickets. I absolutely did not go the next day, and I requested the UBIBANCA prepaid card (without a current account and demonstrable income) in twenty minutes I solved everything, and I already had the card in my hands. (While with PosteItaliane I would have to wait another 72h for the home delivery of the latter, with a cost of € 3.00 of course).
