Bad experience .. I have to secure my mobile number with the bank account. I went 2 times to the post office in Pontelagoscuro ... Without any positive result ... Tomorrow morning I will go again to understand why they can't do such a trivial operation

Shameful. I had to withdraw an interest-bearing coupon and they said it was a long procedure, they were about to close and I could do it elsewhere. I had driven 60 km to go there, since on the back of the voucher it was written that it was necessary to go and collect it in the place where it was created. Arrived at the post office where I live, they explained that I have to make a request and go over after a week, which I would have avoided, but apparently the withdrawal of the voucher would have changed their budget and for this they sought an excuse. Shameful.

I understand both August but only one person at the counter and one who does office work avoiding correspondence of absentees instead of the public is not acceptable. I'm sorry because I always found myself well but that's not good: 36 numbers for a person and people who have to go back to work or run their own errands .... unacceptable.
