We agreed on certain conditions for the purchase of a truck (also published on the site immediately.it) and then they changed them to our disadvantage without communicating it to us and putting us in front of the fait accompli without us being able to do anything more (the payment had already been made ). In response to our grievances, they told us that they made a mistake and only offered us solutions that hurt us and not them. The entrepreneurial risk is also to take responsibility for one's mistakes and not download them to customers! Apparently it isn't for everyone. We are still waiting for their response which probably will not arrive given the conditions! We can not help but assert ourselves in the appropriate forums.
