Whenever I have to do some operation I always hope not to find the old blonde / gray to serve me: unpleasant, rude and rude as well as completely unprepared for her job. I'm not going there to have fun or to feel insulted, if she can't do a similar job, you'd better change. Having said that, I prefer to queue for 2 days or go to the post office in another region rather than stay here

In these times of extreme emergency, in which employees work under constant stress and users are forced to long and uncomfortable queues outdoors, it is very easy for both parties to get caught up in excessive nervousness. On the occasion of my recent operation at the counters, I instead found competence, availability and kindness.

While being comfortable, I prefer to avoid this office because they are very rude, have allowed themselves to comment and complain that I have two names and refuse to help or meet. Indeed, once I was waiting outside a relative they wanted to call the Carabinieri because I was walking back and forth in front of the entrance.

Excellent, fully satisfied with the service received, both from the clerk at the counter and from the manageress, kind, helpful and prepared.
