Italian Post Office Post

I went through various services several times. every time I find myself in front of rude and incompetent staff. I have often had to go to the post office in via Marseilles because they are not able to make me wrong. why in via marsigli they always do everything without problems and here they can't do anything. the sorry thing is that there are so many deserving unemployed boys and so many goats who work and are well paid.

Served by a quick and nice attendant. The online skip-the-line booking service actually allows you to skip the queue (quite long despite the timetable).

I update you that the attendant at counter number 2 has been moved to counter number 3. Rude and incompetent he also simulated wanting to slap me and maybe if there hadn't been glass he would have done it too.
