The manager's inability to manage is something of a legend. On the other hand, when you are lucky enough to get to the counter, the staff are competent.
But the director's logistical vision is truly dramatic.
Very bad. Too bad that you can not put 0 stars. Staff to say the least shameful. People like you deserve to be left at home. The two ladies (if they can be defined as such) at the counters are rude, presumptuous, listless, apostrophize all the customers in the bad way. Dear ladies, kiss your elbows for this job because with this I will want a bad way to do it if nobody gives you home. Between your ignorance and how you present yourself (sloppy, disheveled, with obviously dirty hair) you are two aberrant characters! Shame on you

The previous staff was much better.
If you could put zero stars it would perhaps be the ideal score .. Lenses, but above all unable to do their job ..
Maleducate and with no desire to work .. Hours in a row because they have to mind their own business .. Absurd .. And some refresher course would not hurt
