Le signore agli sportelli sono incompetenti e arroganti. Una signora, oltre a darmi del tu, ha anche alzato la voce dicendomi che non poteva eseguire un'operazione di loro competenza perché "doveva guardare sul manuale" e così facendo avrebbe perso tempo.

I hardly get to argue with those who work but in this office discourtesy and slowness make it the mistress. I met a good and kind employee (the youngest with black hair), the others are to get their hands in their hair. But levels of rudeness really never seen.

Incompetent. I went to ask for the card for children under 3 years old and an employee told me that there was no card. I go to the patronage and get the papers, see the post office and they tell me that the identity card of the newborn was needed. It didn't help but in the meantime I spent a week doing everything. I go again I do a very long thing finally it's up to me and the director sends me from the one who said that there was no card because she is the fastest to practice. So I wonder with so many people who want and need to work why don't you leave these 4 befane at home? Grumpy and arrogant, the director doesn't even know which way SHAME is turned

This post office is the nightmare of all its visitors. Incompetence reigns and this is well known, but what displaces, after exhausting queues, is the rudeness and arrogance with which one is treated. The undisputed queen of this infamous kingdom is the director. Bad everything in there, if you can go elsewhere.
