Rented a van for motorcycle transport and booked well in advance including a ramp and system to lock the bike inside, both absolutely necessary for this purpose, as the motorcycle is very heavy. At the time of withdrawal, surprise: both the ramp and the anchoring system are missing. This created enormous discomfort in transport, difficulties and risks in loading / unloading the bike, as well as a substantial delay. Added to this is the total indifference in telling us that what we booked (and paid for) simply isn't there. Bad experience.

Bad, I rent a golf 7, they wanted to give me a guy, refused and lost the rental money for very trivial excuses, avoid strong advice.
