I was apprehensive at first about some of the negative reviews but was pleasantly surprised. The staff was courteous and friendly. I presented my documentation and picked up my vehicle with no problems. However, I was disappointed to see mud and leaves on the floor of the backseat. Since I have been in Italy, I have noticed that rental cars are not cleaned after each use like at the airport. A quick vacuum can really take an okay experience to a great one.

I have used this rental agency several times and have always found myself well, courteous, punctual and always ready to meet your needs. A special mention goes to Eleonora who always welcomes you with courtesy and is a very beautiful girl. Which doesn't hurt 😁

Excellent service. Too bad for the area a bit uncomfortable for parking which is paid only.

I was unfairly charged for a freight (error confirmed by the operator). Besides the progress of the refund request, they didn't worry about anything else. At my expense, by phoning and writing emails, including through lawyers, I managed to get compensation. Absolutely not to be recommended.

Just been 100 euros for a small van it seems excessive to me just because the request was only for the day of Saturday. And then they complain about the crisis.
