it is not possible to put 0 stars, so I put one What game they play at is not known: 6 September 2020 I place an order of wine on the vino75 website. It takes them two days to realize they have that order. On 8 September he arrives in Caltanissetta (less than a hundred km from my house) and there he stops and you can still find him in transit there even if you go to check today 18 September ... but for them time has stopped at '8 September. Maybe sleeping beauty magic effect? I try to contact them but they don't listen. I contact vino75 and they answer me immediately and with courtesy, but when they try to get information from sailpost they only receive the promise to carry out a search. Today, September 18 have not yet found. In my opinion they are still soaking up the hangover from my wine! I just wish you a very heavy diarrhea!

Bad service. After a single delivery attempt (but has anyone really tried?) The package is sent back to the sender, without any attempt to contact the recipient or the sender and without the possibility of planning a new delivery or collection from their warehouse. They respond to emails with extreme slowness and little education.
