This morning despite booking my number did not appear on the display and the envelope containing a book to be sent to America was not accepted because it was recycled and sealed (hermetically) with scotch tape. Answer of the employee: YOU CAN SEE IT WAS OPEN !!!!!! they also didn't have a new envelope to complete or a specific bulletin for shipments abroad !!!! A lost morning !!!!!

You know the sloths that work in motorization in the cartoon "Zootropolis?". Well, this office feels more or less the same air. Very long waiting times. Mileage lines that often fill the entire structure, so much so that people are forced to wait outside. The staff does not always prove to be totally competent about their work, and it often happened to me that they rendered me to the post office switchboard to solve some problems and get answers to some questions. Not great.

Absolutely to be canceled, every time hours !!! They are unprepared and chat with everyone! They are definitely time wasters! But is there a manager in this office? What does it do? It should make the office work, but I think it's like the employees!

Lenses to die for. Disorganized and uninformed about some basic procedures, always starting from the assumption that I was wrong, until they ascertained that they did not know the procedure. The employee kept getting up to do more. They only made me waste a lot of time for something that actually lasts 5 minutes on the clock, since most of the procedure had been done by me online. I didn't rant because I consider myself an educated person.
