Today, December 17, at the office in Via Matteotti, only counter number 10 is operational. Result: number 155 withdrawn at 12:22, number 115 again called at 14.00 !!! These days it is impossible to access the services of any post office in Bari, except after long queues outside. Is this a public service?

This office is working terrible. Shameful expectations, each operation has an infinite duration, third world queues. Absolutely not recommended.

This post office works really bad. The counter employees are very slow not only in performing simple practices but also in calling subsequent numbers. As a result there are very long waits. I simply waited an hour and a half to receive a registered letter. When I asked for information, the employees responded rudely. I requested to speak with the manager but even in that case with a lot of rudeness I was given a negative answer.

Incompetent staff who replies to the request to renew the poste pay by telling me that I can do it from the comfort of home .. but because if they are in the mail !!!! The renewal that is specified on the site that can be done from 2 months before to 18 from the deadline is free but they do it for you at the modest sum of € 5. The non-existent manager !!! At my request for explanations tell me contact the toll-free number !!!!! Are we joking???? Summing it all up: Disgusted !!! Not for € 5 but for how the customer is managed.
