Service offered objectively bad. One, maximum two operators at the cash desks. No automated queue management system. Operators who lose faxes sent to them, forcing them to send them back to the other side of Italy for their negligence. Total lack of privacy during the operations. Office that would require extensive restructuring and revision, physical and administrative.
