Bad service times to get answers on postal voucher redemption very long telephone contact impossible despite having called at all hours for countless times. I would say that something is not working !!

Bad experience, the shop assistant a woman of about 60 years, tall with dark hair and who did not want to give her name, today April 15 at 12.30, was rude, smart, aggressive and extremely unpleasant to say the least, just because I had made the very serious mistake of reusing an Amazon box (where I had previously canceled the barcodes to avoid errors) for my personal shipment. The cutest thing that the "lady" told me when I explained to her that I had already made shipments with those boxes and that I didn't have any more is been "had to get another!". Admitted and not conceded that he was right, the way and tone used with a customer who had queued for 40 minutes to enter to send the package, they seemed hallucinating, not even good morning was given to me on arrival. Fortunately a more polite colleague intervened from the back, who solved the problem by providing me with labels to cancel the amazon logo, having already paid for the shipping. Some people if they worked in the private sector would already be at home and instead take the liberty of responding to customers in a disrespectful way. At this moment then, where those who have a secure job, compared to those who cannot work, such an attitude is truly shameful! I hope action will be taken.
